3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
• Introductory pricing may apply to the first month, followed by standard monthly pricing.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full payment details.
• You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

4. Account, Email Delivery, and Changes

• You must provide a valid email address to receive content.
• You may request changes to your selected niche at any time; changes take effect on a go-forward basis.
• We may pause signups to control quality and capacity (e.g., limited slots).

5. Intellectual Property

• All content we deliver is licensed to you for posting on your social channels.
• Resale, redistribution as a standalone product, or offering our content as your own subscription is not permitted.
• You are responsible for posting responsibly and complying with platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt our systems.
• We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.

7. Disclaimers

• No guarantees of specific results, revenue, or follower growth.
• Performance depends on consistency, niche selection, platform algorithms, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullContent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
